Friday
Today's workout session, I feel, was perfectly cromulent as The Simpsons would say. I’ve definitely found my groove with using the rowing and cycling machines, but using the dumbbells is kind of a mixed bag.

TLC Overload
The anxiety still lingers about ever so slightly, so to make up for that, I’m trying to give myself a little bit of extra TLC… although don’t worry, I’m still working out at the local hub.

Exercise and endorphins
I’ve been feeling a little sluggish lately — most likely a side effect of all the partying I did over the weekend — so I started this week off in typical fashion by going to the gym and working out.

Slowly but surely perfecting the lost art of the gym selfie
Did another hour-long session in the gym earlier today, although it took time for me to truly get into the swing of things. I felt like I had a harder time getting warmed up than usual, which is most likely because my sleeping habits have left my body clock all out of whack.

A little self-reminder
I’m heading up the wooden hill shortly but I still don’t have much of a plan for tomorrow… or should that be a plan for today? Who knows? It may already be Friday but it still feels like a Thursday to me.

Sweltering workout
I was gonna write something yesterday, but I simply wasn't feeling it. My head was feeling a little frazzled and my thoughts were too cluttered to really focus on anything. The warm weather also doesn't help matters when you’re trying to be more productive.

Untitled…
I promised myself last night that I’d be productive today, but that didn’t happen. Granted, it is a Saturday today so I probably shouldn’t be too hard on myself.

Gym and Glastonbury II
Had a bit of a slow start, but I think I made up for it by doing a bit of working out… granted, it was fairly late in the day, but you know what they say… better late than never.

Gym and Glastonbury
Had a good workout session today so now the plan is to catch up on all the Glastonbury performances I missed over the weekend. At the moment, I’m loving the hell out of Wolf Alice’s set.

OK, so the weekend’s over… time to come back down to Earth
Took this photo of a noctilucent cloud last night while I was coming out of the local pub… I’m not entirely sure if it’s indicative of my skill as a photographer, or if I’m just incredibly lucky it came out right, but I’m happy with it either way.

So, that’s another weekend done and dusted.

How’s this for a gym selfie?
Did some more working out down at the hub this morning. So far, I’m happy with the work I’ve been putting in but there’s still a little room for improvement.

Just thought I’d post something to let you all know that I’m still kicking. I think my last update was at the end of May and not much has happened since then… at least in my own wee bubble.

Darkness Into Light
I had an early start this morning as I took part in this year’s local Darkness Into Light walk.

Back on the Bike
I took the bike out for a spin earlier today and this is my total mileage…

Back on Track
I spent most of this weekend playing word games on my phones, which is basically my way of saying that my weekend was not productive in the slightest.
