Why I don’t do year-end lists (Part 2)
So, I mostly don’t do year-end lists because I don’t see nearly as many new movies as I’d like to, and the same could be said for most shows and video games that end up becoming the talk of the town. Hell, unless I’m counting the new Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 port on the Switch 2, I don’t think I played any new games that actually came out this year. I did get around to seeing Adolescence relatively timely (as in I watched all four episodes the same month it was released for once) but that’s about it. There’s plenty of shows which came out this year or had a new season and I still haven’t seen them yet.
Here a few in no particular order…
That new Vince Gilligan show, Pluribus
The second season of Andor (although that’s mostly because I still have yet to watch the first season, so I’ll probably get around to finally watching Andor in May when it’s Star Wars month)
The second season of Peacemaker
The third season of Blue Lights (although again, I still haven’t watched any of Blue Lights outside of the first episode)
The fifth and final season of Stranger Things
Alien: Earth
Daredevil: Born Again
The Studio
It: Welcome of Derry
The Pitt
The fourth season of The Bear (another show I still need to start)
The seventeenth season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
The second season of Poker Face (another show I still need to start)
The fourth season of Hacks (another show I still need to start)
The second season of The Last of Us (another show I still need to start)
The third season of The White Lotus (another show I still need to start)
The second season of Fallout (another show I still need to start)
The second season of Severance (another show I still need to start)

I know it’s been over a year and not much work has been done on my part to improve the look, presentation or any other parts of the website besides updating the blournal on a semi-regular basis. Yes, that’s something I promise on in the New Year, but I’ll try and get a start on it ASAP.
