Exercise and endorphins

I’ve been feeling a little sluggish lately — most likely a side effect of all the partying I did over the weekend — so I started this week off in typical fashion by going to the gym and working out. Normally, I listen to music when I’m working out, but as of late, I’ve found myself putting on YouTube videos (specifically ones from the likes of Caddicarus and Scott the Woz) for background noise. I’m not sure if that’s a help or a hindrance, but it’s something. In general, I always come out of a workout feeling good, but I’m feeling especially good right now. I’m not even sure why, but I’m not gonna question it. I just intend to make the most of this good feeling while it lasts.
