Sweltering workout
I was gonna write something yesterday, but I simply wasn't feeling it. My head was feeling a little frazzled and my thoughts were too cluttered to really focus on anything. The warm weather also doesn't help matters when you’re trying to be more productive.
Today started out on a similar note but heading to the gym and working out for an hour helped me to declutter and de-stress. Granted, it's still bloody hot AND that added an extra layer of difficulty (or challenge, depending on who you ask) to everything. I guess that serves me right for not exercising earlier but… whatever, it is what it is and I don't feel like I even remotely slacked off.
Hell, I even managed to take a better gym selfie than my last attempt.
Well… I personally think it’s an improvement.
