Shawshank, Xenomorphs and Spring Weather
Sitting out on the patio at the moment trying to figure out what to include in this blournal entry. Today’s one of many beautiful days we’ve had over the past week or so. The sun is shining, the birds are tweeting and although it’s warm, there’s a subtle breeze in the air, so it’s absolutely sweltering.
Spring is springing
It was a surprisingly decent week… at least weatherwise. There’s been the occasional dull day with drizzle and downpour, but there has just as many days with blue skies and sunshine. Granted, it is still kind of chilly at times, but at the moment, the skies are clear in a way that seemed almost impossible even a week ago. Hell, I even managed to eek out a few decent sunset photos over the last two days, which you can see on my Instagram. I might make them available on this website further down the line but… I’m a chronic procrastinator and I want to add some things to the website before I do anything of that.
This Weekend
It’s been a pretty busy weekend for me, which I already alluded to in a previous blournal post.
Yesterday, I saw Conor McPherson’s The Weir at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin and it is a strange play… definitely a hard one to explain the appeal of…
Let It Rain
The rain’s finally made its overdue return to these shores after three weeks of heat and sunshine.

Well… I’m back… for now.
Pardon the absence. February has been a pretty hectic month and for the last couple of days, my head has been fucking frazzled, so trying to write a “blournal” entry has been kind of frustrating.
